TourHero (Sequoia, Lightspeed) had operated multiple verticals since 2019 but had never achieved sustained growth. I built the acquisition engine that changed that, delivering 40% month-over-month growth for 7 consecutive months. The system drove 93.7% of all leads, scaled calls from 70 to 1,229 per week, and generated $9M in revenue.
They paused all paid advertising and discontinued other verticals to focus entirely on it. I resigned to rebuild it as Caivex.
Before that, I co-founded Prestanza, an asset-backed lending fintech that converts property titles into cash in 48 hours. And before that, I was on the founding team at Zapp (raised $300M from Lightspeed, Atomico, 468 Capital), Europe's second-fastest-growing company of 2021.
